The rooms here are modern and we really enjoyed staying in them.

My colleagues and I loved being there, it's exceptionally comfortable and excellant hotel. Booked a standard double room with climate control, an individual safe and pay TV.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful, plus the rooms have a modern standard with gates.

It's a great place for exploring the area, and the fact that it has free parking is definitely a bonus that we liked.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived at the airport shuttle to the attentive receptionist at check-in. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. I loved how convenient the hotel's location was, as it was within walking distance of the bus station. the service, comfort, and location of this place made my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this city. It exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

They showed me all the amazing sights Najran has to offer, something I wouldn't have discovered on my own. The hotel also provided one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. The location is also convenient, being within walking distance of the SAPTCO bus station. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback was the bathroom layout, which could have been better organized for more comfort. the hotel did not accept USD or AED at check out and the credit card machine was not working.

During our stay, we were pleased to find a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. We enjoyed the spacious room with a cozy bed, and the bathroom was tidy and well-equipped, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the variety of options to choose from. The gym was also a plus, with modern equipment and plenty of space to exercise. we had a lovely experience.

The decor could use some updating to feel more modern and fresh.

The weekend stayed at this hotel was great! The bed was so comfortable, and the setting area was perfect for lounging around. The staff was friendly and always ready to help out. The location was central, with a nearby restaurant and small grocery store. Plus, the hotel also offered a sightseeing tour, which was an amazing and unique experience.

There were some small issues that I disliked. The bathroom was poorly designed, with the toilet seat being too close to the sink.

The rooms were decently large, had a comfortable queen bed, a few chairs, and a small table. there was a nearby restaurant and a grocery store which was pretty convenient. the staff was friendly and welcoming which was the only thing that made my Easter stay there bearable.

the lobby had a terrible cigarette smell, and the receptionists were not knowledgeable enough about the hotel.
